Can a full moon, like the wolf moon that just passed, have any effect on the temp here on earth?

Well, it has never happened yet of the thousands of full moons, wolf or otherwise.

Satellite measurements of the temperature of the atmosphere shows that the poles are 0.55 degrees Celsius warmer during a full moon than during a new moon.
