Is it common for adults to use fidget toys?

Do you use yourself

Ex cocaine addict and alcoholic Eric Zink who is a mental health advocate who takes 10 mg of Adderall twice a day, uses a lot of fidget spinners and cubes and he is 40s.

    I use a fidget cube and I am 20. I don't know how common it is for an adult to use fidget toys. I have diagnosed anxiety and it helps me calm down when I'm anxious.

    I think they are primarily used by people with things like autism but can also be useful for people who need to occupy their hands like smokers etc who are overcoming addictions.

    It's not uncommon. 

    There is adult jewelry just for fidgeters.

    I think being in a business meeting with someone using fidget jewelry, it would be very disruptive.
