How to deal with people that only respect you when things go well?

...and treat you as a piece of sh*t when things go wrong? My parents, relatives and former bosses were like that. It makes me hate everything and everyone.

What's wrong with these people? Can't you understand that nobody is perfect, and that it is wrong to dehumanize somebody just because they didn't meet your standards?

you have to remember and hold on to your current resentment when things go well. which doesn't mean holding a grudge, it means demanding consistency and reminding them that you are the same person as when they treated you badly, and forcing them to assume their responsibilities.
