Is tap water more harmful if it get in contact with the eyes than pool water?

Pool water = more chlorine or other chemicals

Tap water = more microbes

Since man was created, we have dealt with microbes in our eyes. We have a pretty stout defense system to keep them form harming us. We are not quite as good at dealing with chemicals at least short term. Pool water will generally be more of a problem.
