That depends on where in the world you are staying. It will vary greatly around the world. Also, hotels in large metropolitan areas will tend to be more expensive than in a smaller city.

  • The average motel price is anywhere from $ 45 to 100 100 per night. It all depends on the location and demand. Although hotel costs vary widely and are based on amenities as well as space and demand, the average price of a hotel is 180 180 per night.

This can vary hugely between locations.

Most have a website with their charges listed.

I would expect to pay between $90 to $150 depending on location and day of the week. If a major event is in the area, that price could go up.

    Location matters

Day of the week mattersCertain special events might cause a price hike (trying to book a room when a major sporting event or other major event is in an area usually causes a price hike in rooms.  I tried to book a hotel room to be in the path of the last full eclipse and prices had tripled compared to the normal rates.)It is not a "one price for every holiday inn" situation.  I have sometimes picked a hotel in a smaller town within a 30 minute drive to the bigger city that I actually wanted to visit just because it saves some money to do so.
