Pontiac G6 or Dodge Charger for long road trip?
I'm going to drive to Florida from Pennsylvania and back to visit family. I decided will take my backup car, 07 Pontiac G6, and drive to Florida (has about 133,000 miles). I also have a 09 Dodge Charger (with about 130,000 miles). Which of the two would you take for a long trip and why? Or does it make a difference at all? Thanks.

PA to FL -- 800 to 1400 miles, depending on where ends are in each State.
The Pontiac is considerably smaller, considerably better MPG.
The Dodge is considerable more comfortable if you plan on sleeping in the car.
If you care.
You can go PA to FL in a single day, or you could take two or three days.
Young? I did L.A. to Detroit, 2,300 miles, in two and a half days, slept first night in the car, a '72 Ford Maverick, a compact, similar to your G6.
Been there, done that, I would take the compact Pontiac.

So after owning both vehicles you still don't know which one is more comfortable on longer trips? There's no helping you decide if you can't figure that one out dude.

The G6 will consume less gas. The Charger will give you a better driving experience.
