How do I make dog muffins with AIP friendly ingredients?
All I have on hand is stuff like blueberries banana I have powdered peanut butter you add water to I have almond milk cassava flour coconut flour eggs almond flour baking powder baking soda I'm trying to think that's about all that I have I don't have rolled oats because I can't eat them I don't have wheat flour either. what kinda muffins could I make my dog with what I have? and I have coconut oil like unrefined coconut oil. it's my dog's ninth birthday and I usually don't celebrate her birthday because I always forget but I happen to be home today doing a whole lot of anything because it's freezing outside so I thought if I can with what I have I would like to make my dog some little miniature muffins because I have a tiny muffin pan for tiny miffins. Thanks.

I tried. A lot of the recipes involved more or less of what you have, but nothing together. You can try a no-bake treat, if you want.
Toast 1/2 cup of coconut flour in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes. Allow to cool completely. In a bowl, mash up 1-2 bananas, blueberries, and a tablespoon of the peanut butter powder. Gradually add the coconut flour and mix until consistency holds together without crumbling. You can add more banana or water if mixture is too crumbly. Using a cookie scoop or spoons, dollop treats onto parchment lined baking sheet. Place in fridge for 2-3 hours, or until mixture is firm to the touch.
