I noticed when i was dis impacting myself i had some soap on my finger will i be okay? Even if theres a little soap in my rectum?

    I am noticing a common theme with your posts… You need to eat more fruit and fibre I recommend pairs as they are high in fibre and will help with your constipation, unless you like having to put your finger up your bum
