When are you going to stop pretending this is a trial?
Just as the chief justice just said when he refused to appoint a judge THIS IS NOT A TRIAL!
Its a political opportunity for anyone that wants to get up & make any kind of ridiculous accusation or speech they want to make up in front of the TV cameras.
If it was a trial there would be no cameras permitted & the prosecutors certainly couldn't also be the jurors could they?
