P0011, P0016?

My 2010 Chevy Impala is throwing up Codes P0011 and P0016. The car cranks over but won’t start. The Camshaft sensor was replaced and the crankshaft sensor was replaced. What could it be?

    timing chain worn or worse

Engine is likely out of time.  Check for a bad timing chain or a bad variable valve timing actuator.  Clean or replace the variable valve (cam timing) oil solenoid/s first.  You might need to see a mechanic with a scope to check cam and crank correlation (timing) while cranking the engine.  Good luck.
