People get mad at God for allowing evil, and then they get mad at God for punishing evil. Why?

Great question!  Because people are contrary and perverse in their contrariness.  What they really want is for God to punish everybody THEY think deserves it.  They want people punished according to THEIR standard.  When God doesn't, they get mad.  When God punishes the wicked who deserve it, they think God is being mean.

No: God created us to worship him, and in part: to do good so that every good deed is rewarded 10 times up to 700 and more.

Some people are never pleased. And some just live and love to argue.

God says that the righteous love his justice, but the wicked hate it. Cant imagine why

Who ever does this can not be an atheist. I only repeat this because some of the answers here show that people don't understand the word. Atheists are not mad at an imaginary storybook character. Some of you really need to grow up.

BECAUSE they know nothing about GOD!!

God could prevent immorality easily, by simply taking away our free will and turning us into animals with no spiritual nature or immortal soul. But He loves us too much to do that to us. So He creates us in His own image and likeness, as spiritual and immortal beings with free will.

They just want to find fault with him so they can pretend they have justification for ignoring him.

You've hit the nail on the head - people are perverse in their thinking about God because they are in a state of rebellion against God, especially those who say no God exists - they are like a dog with a bone - they just won't give up gnawing at one end of it (God allows evil) then the other end (God sends people to hell). Even many people who believe in God love to think they might live forever in heavenly bliss but protest vehemently that a loving God would never allow wicked people and Satan to be tormented forever.

Deep down, they must think God’s judgment is unrighteous. His judgment of them as worthy of heaven is righteous, but his condemnation of the unrepentant wicked to eternal punishment is unfair. But they can never see that because they are starting with their own ideas of love and fairness and comparing God with their standards. What presumptuosness!

Because they don't understand that men created evil, the devil, even their belief of hell.  You are in hell if you don't believe and hate and judge others.  People get mad at God and blame him when things don't go the way they planned or anticipated their life should be.  this is the same as blaming your parents for all your short comings instead of taking responsibility for your actions.  This is what is meant by you reap what you sew.  

Because they dont get the picture fam! I bought the Picture Frame before the picture was even taken and before i knew the size of the picture!
