How can I avoid fallout from the end of this friendship ?
Long story short, I’m a 22 year old guy and I have a friend, 19, who became very toxic. She said something to me over social media that was unforgivable. So I told her off for the final time. Here’s the problem. She went and told her boyfriend that I was bullying her and all this crazy stuff. I’m afraid this guy is gonna destroy my car while I’m working. Like, should I trade cars with a buddy until this dies down? I’m super worried about my car.
I’m living my life always looking over my shoulder. Who’s to say he won’t jump me when I get off work late at night? There was a threat made towards me.

If he's a bit screw loose in the head then I would may be consider apologising to her and may be to him. Even if you don't mean it just tell her you spoke out of term and then may be they will leave you alone.
I would then just casually ghost them so that you don't have to deal with them again

how about you just apologize and be the bigger person?
if there was a threat made towards you, any smart, or even average, person would have told the police about it.

How is putting your friend's car on the line going to help your situation? You can't live your life looking over your shoulder. Take precautions such as walking with security or a co-worker when you leave work.
