I'm sure the civil courts will be very busy regarding this cause.  5 people murdered, 160 injured.  All because Trump is a sore looser, and now will forever be known as an insurrectionist and terrorist.

Trump should be criminally charged. A civil case would be easier to win, but trump has a history of dragging out lawsuits to the point of the plaintiffs going broke. Trump can afford the millions in legal fees. The families of the injured police officers can’t.

Do you know that that officer ended his work with the rioters and then returned to the police station, feeling perfectly well until he died suddenly - and we do not know the reason for his death yet?

Yes they should hold him liable.

    I certainly would.

Then there's the police officer who lost an eye and the one who was tased so many times that he suffered a heart attack.  (An insurrectionist had a taser.) Another officer lost part of a finger, and many others suffered concussions.

Finally, there are the two suicides.

That little Donnie. Such a great guy.

not being funny  (complete opposite actually) but what's the point?,  you all seen what's happened  TWICE now, seems like no matter what, "due process" wins the day, they must be magic words?, sure seems to work better than any abracadabra's that's for sure

Why? Besides because you hate Trump that is.

I'm sorry to say it will likely be a waste of their time. Trump has rarely been successfully held responsible for the wrongs he's done--even the most blatantly deliberate wrongs.

Not unless you want to be held liable for things you didn't do. You people never think things through.

    Why?

If anyone is liable it’s Pelosi

Trump offered her troops to protect the Capitol ... she refused

Trump tried to calm the situation and told people to be peaceful and non Violent
