Riding a stationary exercise bike is an efficient and effective way to burn calories and body fat while strengthening your heart, lungs, and muscles. Compared to some other types of cardio equipment, a stationary bicycle puts less stress on your joints, but it still provides an excellent aerobic workout.

Whoever created Noahide laws and signed them should be executed for blasphemy. Trump signed Noahide laws to tax Christians on icons. Shame you, Donnie! Anathema!!! Anathema!!! Anathema!!!
Orthodoxy = the only true faith; Roman Catholics tried one cup - one spoon ritual and got sick with Bubonic plague; if heresy enters Orthodox monastery then monks/nuns will get sick with flu/tuberculosis (for instance); Orthodox churches who closed for COVID or had disposable cups/spoons or dipped spoon into alcohol are no longer brides of Christ (now they serve Satan and honor Satan's new COVID religion). Priests who were working for KGB (that is spying on people and betraying their confession) = Sergian heresy. Now, CIA and FSB (new name for KGB) don't need to have priests constantly reporting because of new technology (bugs) that allows them to listen in (and if cameras are present... to look into what people are doing)...Your phones spy on you; don't bring them to church; forgive me.

My preference is 5-miles. I rode on real bike to work and back 5-miles one way. Kept me in shape.

I don't have one. I subscribe to the view that it is better to ride outdoors on a road or mountain bike than to ride an exercise bike indoors.

A) I've researched two things before answering. 1) The country of origin this question came from. 2) The spelling of the word exercise (not exersize) in both the U.K. and the rest of the English speaking world. It's spelled the same everywhere - EXERCISE!
B) I've tried & tried & tried. I've been on stationary bikes in a gym. Years ago I also bought an indoor trainer to mount a road bike on. Either way...it's BORING! The longest I've ever lasted on either one was maybe 20 - 30 minutes.
Indoor machines can only simulate but never duplicate the actual experience of riding outside. 1) There's no wind in your face. 2) You can increase or decrease resistance all you want - there's still no actual hill to climb or descend. 3) Unless you're in a class in a gym, you never meet anyone new, or stumble across an old friend while out riding for that matter. 4) The scenery never changes. Even if you're on a fancy Pelton bike with a TV screen or monitor, there's still 4 walls surrounding you.
On the plus side, if you own a cat, they love to take naps on the saddle (seat). 😴

Stationary bike riding is generally amazingly boring. If at all possible, I’ll ride outside instead. Most common stationary ride is a 10-minute warmup prior to gym work.
