I'm from the UK and we don't do thanksgiving in the UK. and Easter is no big deal. We do Christmas but we don't go mental about it like they do in the USA.

My family used to gather with the tacky, incest driven, alcoholic, con artist, and redneck side of the family. The Cooper's. Since then we have become estranged from them since 2006 and totally estranged for 4 years now.

Most of the celebrations come from pagan

Rituals or the worship of false gods. When will people learn what they are celebrating and wonder if God approves?

First of all, family gatherings are private gatherings, not public gatherings. But, yes, Easter dinner is a thing like Thanksgiving dinner and X-mas dinner is, a thing families gather for. Obviously, Easter has other traditions, too, that set it apart, like Thanksgiving traditions and X-mas traditions are likewise set apart from each other, those differing traditions for Easter including things like special Easter-wear for church, Easter egg hunts, Easter baskets, and so forth.
