I was curious about that too so I looked it up, she would have been 26 when they started filming the first season of Buffy in early 1997, so that when she was forced off Angel due to her pregnancy it would have been not long after her 32nd birthday in the summer of 2002. Note, if you care, that Sarah Michelle Gellar was 18 when they started filming.
