Who else is on their phone 24/7 I use it in the bathroom , at work , in the car , in bed , in the kitchen , and I always reply to messages?

I rarely use my phone and don't always have it with me.

Little things please little minds!

One day, when you are an adult, you may find there ARE other things to do in your Little life. 

You have an addiction. You can get help with that. You should seek professional help asap because you need to learn how to have a life without having your phone stuck to your hand.

That’s literally not possible as you will need to sleep eventually.
