Does the IRS have an official website where I can E file my taxes for free?

The only other tax E file business are like H & R Block and Turbo Tax, but they want me to pay a fee to get my taxes E filed.

You cannot file on the IRS's website.

You may or may not qualify to file for free "at an IRS partner site with the IRS Free File Program".

No. However the IRS website does have links to several websites where most people can file at no charge.

    Go, Coffee Drinker.

Even if you might have to pay a small fee, HarryMason, the electronic preparers figure the refund they'll get for you will be high and so compensate for the charge.

This page on the IRS website explains all of the ways to file a free return electronically.

If you earn too much or your return is too complex for any of the free software programs you do have an option to manually fill out the forms and submit them electronically.
