It does not matter, reporting such numbers will not Unite the people.
The government will put them on the dole or give them jobs, just as the WPA did.
Under AOC the green new deal, even people who don't want to work (aka homeless) will receive an income and place to live.
"From those who have, to those who need", it is the Christian thing to do.
