What are some fun activities to help facilitate language and engage a 2-year-old during speech therapy? ?

I've already ruled out arts and crafts because it didn't work very well. I'm trying to elicit language and keep this kid engaged.

    Um... play? You can work on speech while playing anything with a toddler. There are tons of apps and videos to help engage younger children and work on language... like any simple song. Are you the therapist?

    Singing the alphabet song. Nursery rhymes. These are natural language training and speech therapy.
