So my package is late but the usps tracking site says it will arrive today but it's almost 10 pm?

Where are you? I haven't had a mail delivery since last week. We're snowed in. That means that airports are closed, trucks can't get through- it's bogged the whole mail service down. Give them a break. 

Tracking is not a guarantee. At this point, tomorrow is a better bet.

Between the pandemic and the storm a lot of mail is late.  Your package hasn’t been updated.

Obviously you cannot tell time or the tracking site is in error.

Go to bed and maybe it will come next week.

Of course that a massive storm  has made travel virtually impossible in many areas

has not affected the mail trucks that have special powers.
