eBay: pre-owned articles - dishes?

I have a teapot Royal Albert I want to sell, it is very beautiful, but there is a chip in it.  Can I still sell it.  I would mention there is a chip.  How does that work.  When someone is selling used, could there be a chip in their dishes or does it have to be in perfect condition?

Yes you can sell it, even if it's chipped. Ebay lets you rate the condition of the item with terms like "good" and "fair." You also can (and frankly, should) post pictures of the item at multiple angles, so any buyer knows what they're in for.
