I gave some letters to the PO to Return to Sender but they sent them bac to me marked UTF, Unable To Forward. ?

Why did I get them back? Yes, the sender is still at the address.

    Probably an oversight. Post offices are really strained right now, particularly in the US. Put them in your mailbox with the letters "RTS" (return to sender) for your mail carrier to pick up. Maybe circle the return address and draw an arrow from the RTS to the return address. If the mail is addressed to someone who no longer lives at your address, you can add "no such person at this address" or something like that.
