While I'm still not a fan of the Prius (like most car people), I'd be crazy if I didn't admit that the Prius is a very good car. It's always ranked one of the most dependable cars you can buy. Period. It's not an exciting car to drive, but should be able to crush any road trip with ease. Not only that, you don't have to worry about it breaking down and the gas mileage is amazing. Highway driving is the best type of driving for any car. It's easier on you engine and drivetrain. No need to worry about it ,

No, not on ANY car for that matter. R&D run the engines on a test track continuously for days, straight. Using regular motor oil & regular gas. That is part of the normal testing. It is easier on the car than it is on the driver.
. Stop and go driving is classified as EXTREME driving conditions.

Not at all. Toyota build strong cars and the Prius is a brilliant design. 83 mpg I believe.

No it is actually easier on vehicles to not stop and start and get hot and cold all time - most wear is during cold start and running until warmed up.
