Would joe manchin, being a conservative Democrat from west Virginia , ever vote In favor of another assault weapons ban. ?
He did vote no on it before, but that was back in 2013. He has said he’s not in favor it recently about a year or so ago. Do you think he would vote yes, because if not then it would fail.

he's going to vote no again. and several other Dim senators will privately thank him for doing so
