Get drunk. Cry. Think about why you guys are not together. And u slowly will get over it. The more u cry, the faster u truly let go

If you're not already in therapy you should start that now to make sure you don't let this fester and turn into something worse.

if you have depression and anxiety why are you "suffering" with it?  Start working on making positive changes and developing life coping skills instead.  Loads of information online for self help with depression and also anxiety.

Same thing for a break up - info online about surviving a break up too.

Just realize that your problems of anxiety and depression can be red flags in a relationship. You may as well work on yourself more than stress out on losing a guy of only one year. Time heals the pain. Whenever you find yourself inflicting pain on yourself by thinking about him, just divert your thoughts away from him. You'll feel better soon.

I'm sorry to hear about this!  The first heartbreak is always the worst - especially for those of us who suffer from anxiety.  As the old saying goes, time heals all wounds.  Even though it doesn't seem like it now, you'll ultimately learn that this was for the best.  There are better relationships ahead.  If a relationship doesn't work out, there's usually a reason for it.  Make a mental note of the qualities you do want in a boyfriend (and you'll learn more about what your deal-breakers are as you grow older) and seek out those qualities in future guys that you date.  The key is to realize that if your boyfriend can't give you the love you deserve, then it wasn't meant to be.  You'll never truly be happy with someone who isn't invested in you.  However, there is a guy out there who would move mountains for you.

Been there , done that. Best thing you can do is delete him off everything, delete text threads , pics , anything that will you give a memory of him and move on. Someone else will come along when you least expect. My ex boyfriend did this to me last Valentine’s Day and now I have someone new in my life. Everything happens for a reason
