Yes, kind of, but Ip do wonder how much he and his?wife, the former Secretary of transportation, have personally profited from stock and inside data analysis from their social support network including lobbyists on both sides of the aisle. This is Moscow Mitch's 9th 6 year term in the Senate. I would not be at all surprised if it is his last term. 

It does make me wonder what Mitch has going on "underneath the table" with the big pharma businesses and oxycotinin and insulin. There are an astounding number of generic fast acting insulin. Eli Lily no longer has a monopoly on insulin since the mid 1870s.
