Do you agree that juveniles should not get a life sentence for murder?

I don't care what the supposed experts say. Someone old enough to make the decision about killing someone else should be able to do the time. Their victim got a death sentence and they should as well.

I don't know why the victims death is devalued due to the age of their murderer. Remember, the victim got a death sentence at the hands of the murderer.

Next time you have a medical emergency, are you going to say "I don't care what the experts say -- don't give me CPR, I want some of that Trump bleach!"

So, OK, "someone old enough to make the decision should do the time"? The point here is that a 15-year-old is NOT OLD ENOUGH TO MAKE THE DECISION. You miss the point of the whole argument, which, in my opinion, should make you eligible for a life sentence.

    How young?

Certainly over 15-years-old, or so. Actually I'm also pro death penalty.Certainly for a vicious robbery/murder.

Source(s): Wrong board. Should be under laws and justice.

I oppose the death-penalty in general. It's too easy on the perp sometimes, and too convenient for bad leaders who want to get rid of political opponents
