Visually inspect for any damage, sufficient tread, etc. - and make sure they are properly inflated.

If there is any question, replace them.

The name SAFE is written on the side, it is in the molding of the tire.  Most I know are are Michelin, Perreli, Sunny, BF Goodrich, Firestone.... so SAFE is a new brand to me(probably Brazilian or from India)

Take your car to a tire shop and have them checked. That's what a LOGICAL AND INTELLIGENT PERSON would do. You do consider yourself intelligent, don't you?
