Since wind and solar energy are NOT "sustainable" (let's see you "sustain" solar power or the wind for 24 hours straight), why are libs?

believing this LIE and pushing for windmills everywhere (except politicians' backyards) and covering the ground with solar panels so we have nowhere to grow real food.

Sustainable.  Lol.  Batteries aren't really there.

If properly sited many windfarms can provide power for longer than 24 hours.  Ever hear of energy storage?  Batteries are just one way.  There are other methods as well.

They are utterly sustainable.  Do not produce power 24 hours a day, but much can be stored

The church I attend has solar power which during the longer days not only gives free electricity but also sells the surplus to the National Grid

The answer to real low C02 power is nuclear, hydro and tidal.

Wind and Solar are low energy per m^2 and high maintenance. Germany is now building new coal powerplants despite media trumpeting of their solar power capacity. They have an irrational fear of nuclear power, just as most Greens do.

It's not *meant* to be sustainable..it's meant to produce electricity during it's natural cycles to reduce the demand for it being produced by more toxic means.

Btw..fossil fuels aren't sustainable, either..that's why we've been drilling the ocean floor for decades ..we are running out of it on dry land.

Both are band-aides..and we need to figure out something that works quick..and I'm willing to bet very little is being spent funding research for it.

It's obvious that you don't know anything about either one.

Oh, wow, you mean it gets dark sometimes, and at some times the wind doesn't blow?  This is a revelation.  I'm sure the scientists who have been researching and developing solar and wind power for the last half century never took these facts into account.  You deserve the Nobel Prize for Pointing Out Already-Solved Problems.

Is coal sustainable? What happens when you run out of coal.

Wind/solar will not be the primary source of power but it will be a supplemental source of power, and it is sustainable and non-polluting - unlike coal...
