What does everyone think of Biden's Equality Act?

Nullifying the concept of gender would remove any advantages for female owned businesses that currently exist...in short kind of slapping some of Biden's most ardent supporters. 

POTUS does not right Bills presented to Congress.  It is not "Biden's Act"  Also it does not say anywhere that t is illegal for parents to refuse hormone replacement, etc.  That is entirely made up.

the article is not a reliable source, BUT it is NOT fair to violate the civil rights of another group to favor transgender.

for example, allowing trans girls on female teams takes away opportunity from bio female.  maybe if the person started hormone blockers before puberty, they would be fully physically female and would be an equal competitor, but if someone starts puberty as male, that is an unfair advantage.

also, it  is not fair to infringe on the right of cisgender children and force them to share a locker/bathroom with a trans student.  It may violate religious and disability rights.  for example, a victim of sexual assault my have PTSD and not be comfortable with someone born male sharing the locker room.

Regardless of the actual content of ANY bill, Biden doesn't know what is in the bill.

This characterization of the Equity Act is insane.

this is not insanity, if a kid likes to be beautiful, they should be not stopped from that , not be told dumb stuff like, well u got a thing down there , therefore u MUST aspire to want to look like mike tyson the ugly fella instead, it is after all the BRAIN that controls everything in a human, not the damn genitals conservatives are so obsessed with.

Oh, its the old false premise question.  And if not just a display of your ignorance.  Reread the bill, H. R. 5 does not state what you claim.

The Equality Act amends the Civil Rights Act to prohibit discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity in employment, housing, public accommodations, public education, federal funding, credit, and the jury system. It does not "obliterate the legal recognition of biological sexes." That's an outright lie. Social Security, Census Bureau, the US military, BOP, and on and on and on all recognize biological sex and will continue to do so under the Equality Act. 

Since this was brought to the House in 2019, it's hard to see how Biden had anything to do with it.

So I'm going to suggest that you post facts instead of divisive nonsense if you want to be part of an intelligent discussion.
