Pope Francis says the theories of evolution and the Big Bang are real and God is not “a magician with a magic wand” putting an end to the “pseudo theories” of creationism and intelligent design! So the Catholic Church, Church of England and mainstream churches all accept the big bang and evolution!

Lord Carey the former Archbishop of Canterbury put it rather well – “Creationism is the fruit of a fundamentalist approach to scripture, ignoring scholarship and critical learning, and confusing different understandings of truth”!

It seems you don't realize that Darwin was a Christian, trained to be a priest, who even wrote about God in the big book that he wrote.

It seems you are a bit hazy on what Evolution is as well.  Maybe you should read "On the Origin of the Species."

to be sure, If evolution was really the source of life as we know it, then one would have to ask, was it just a one time event? The common response would be, of course not. So I would then ask, if Evolution was Not a one time event, but on going. Then why don't we see have developed humans everywhere, that are 1 millions, 10. 20, 50 million years behind us in the development stages? These half cooked creatures should be everywhere. But they are not. Why Not ?

For that reason, I say Dr. Darwin was correct, with his, without observable proof, of evolution, as its explained and understood, it can not be true.

Darwin never said such thing. And even if he did he most likely didn't mean the same thing by kind that dishonest uneducated creationists mean. "Kind" is not scientific  and thus irrelevant. Speciation (change in species) happens all the time. Which is evolution in action. You are just another dishonest uneducated creationist whom has never studied biology. 

What would you accept to consider being an observation? It seems to me that many Christians would accept to consider something to be an observation only if it is extremely simple to understand it. The methodology of observation in evolutionary biology (just like in most science field) are not always very simple to understand for non biologists.
