Why do major countries that are communist have so much bribery and corruption at top levels?

China, Russia, when you study them are based on bribery, corruption.

For those wondering about Putin, this is the best expose, the first complete story to date, showing his unimaginable wealth and how it's maintained.

While it is found elsewhere, the amount is staggering.

Also, certainly EVERYONE is not treated equally, thus making the term communism incorrect.

Russia is not communist. We have a communist party with about 15% of Russians voting communist. Navalny gets some 0.75% of the vote. He is a loudmouth with no support, except from USA. funny...

I see now you drag President Putin into your screed.

Were you to have seen Russia of the Yelysyn years, compare it to today's Putin's Russia, the changes would give you a heart attack or cause instant suicide. The stark difference is amazing to me, and I have actually lived it day to day, year by year.

If you have never been in Russia, don't criticize our president. As Jimmy Buffett said "don't try to describe the ocean if you've never seen it..." the song "Mañana"

Further, I don't care how rich President Putin is or Jeff Bezos, or Charlie Munger. Putin has done SO MUCH for Russia and EVERYDAY PEOPLE, he deserves all his riches.

We have it here too.  No doubt about it.  Look how wealthy our congress people get after they are there for a few short years.  Not a coincidence.
