    NO!

CONSTIPATION IS A CONDITION IN WHICH A PERTSON HAS UNCOMFORTABLE OR INFREQUENT BOWEL MOVEMENTS.

A change in diet,  or decreased physical activity, or medications taken, otc antacids, iron salts, antihypertensives, narcotics, tranquilizers or sedatives all can cause constipation.

With less fiber in the diet this will also contribute to constipation need to drink more fluids juices, waters, milk, and avoid sodas if must do little as possible.

An underactive thyroid gland  (hypothyroidism), high blood calcium levels, (hypercalcemia), or Parkinson's disease are all causes for this....

Decreased contractions in the large intestine (inactive colon )..

Can use laxatives,, bulking agents, stool softeners,  mineral oil, stimulant laxatives any one of these can help you with this condition..

Not for most people, no. Some people react differently to foods than other people, so no one here can say exactly what may or may not cause constipation for someone else. Processed chicken isn't known for causing constipation.

No , a lack of fibre or a condition such as Irritable Bowel Syndrome would be a typical cause of constipation , or taking codeine .Chicken is not constipating :)

Yes/no, becouse we all process things differently. When I was a young adult those thing were a favorite to bring out in the field to snack on, never an issue. I can;t even think about eating any of that proceeds meat type thing now. It would mess me up.
