It IS NOT unconstitutional, even if illegal, to require a drug test as a condition of receiving ANYTHING.

No, this is another example of the sad state of education in the USA. Employment = private industry. Food stamps = Government. A private business can set any standards/rules it cares to set as long as they are not unlawful OR discriminatory. It's just that simple
.
Here is another example of the sad state of education in the USA - "Does being gay mean you have an imbalance? I've often wondered why science has not tried to find a cure as they have with other illnesses.Surely there must be something lacking or abnormal that could be corrected." Instead of wondering about things, do some research and then come to an educated opinion.

Democrats want to have people on welfare rather than having jobs and supporting themselves. People on welfare are more likely to vote for democrats.

Employment is generally private, where as food stamps is government program, and thus a drug test without suspicion of use is a violation of the 4th amendment, unreasonable search and seizure (this is how courts have rule on it). Laws are meaningful, you just don't understand them.

Anything that hinders the Demokkkrat parties platform is gonna be deemed "unconstitutional.
Why do U think Harry Reid packed Fed courts with all those radical "judges" after the tea party took over the house?

it is not unconstitutional . it's just they found out it costs more to drug test everybody than they saved in cutting off the drug users .

Or how they apply to some but not others. Funny how no one has complained about having to have a form of ID to get a COVID vaccine. I guess most people DO have an ID and libs were simply using the “issue” to whine. Why do libs not want an ID for voting but have no problems having one for vaccine???
