Broken water pump bolt 2005 Bmw 545i ?
I was reinstalling my water pump on my 05 545i. During the process of tightening I snapped one of the long m6x100 bolt. Part of the broken bolt is about 1-2 inches into the hole. My bolt extractor is not long enough. Do anyone have any idea how I can remove the broken piece from the car? And what type drill or other tools to use ? Thanks

Get an extractor kit and a drill with diamond or cobalt drill bits.

How many bolts does the pump take...
Not going to recommend it, but ran thousands of miles on a beater Ford with a broken bolt that I just left out...
Otherwise drill it out and helicoil... Or something else...
