Drinking too much water itself is not good for your health... Try to Drink only when you are thirty which is very much recommended... there are other ways to lose weight..

Drink about 2.7 litres of water each day. That's about 90 ounces. Alongside that, eat fewer calories and get more exercise

Drink water when thirsty, drink to replenish fluids lost through sweat. There is no magic number.

It's very individualized, there's no one size fits all. I recommend just drinking when your thirsty.

There isn't an exact answer. The minimum you should be drinking is 8, 8-ounce glasses or 64 ounces.
The general formula is to multiple you weight by 67% to come up with the number of ounces you can safely drink per day. In your case, 330 x 67% = 221. That means your body can use 221 ounces or 1.7 gallons of water per day. If that seems excessive, don't drink that much.
A great option is to start your day with a glass of water. Drink a glass of water every hour AND more if you are thirsty.

You can drink enough so you feel somewhat full. If you fill your stomach with water, you won’t feel compelled to eat as much. Don’t drink too much water though, that isn’t good for you either.
