"on beyond zebra" and "beyond zebra"?

Hello there,

there's is a book titled "on beyond zebra", for a non-native English speaker it is not trivial to point the difference between "on beyond zebra" and "beyond zebra" could someone say if they differ in sense or if they also can be the same thing?

"On" in the case means "onward". So "On Beyond Zebra" and "Beyond Zebra" do mean roughly the same thing, but the former puts more emphasis on actually going beyond "zebra".

Also, to those who don't know (although a quick Google search could easily have told you this), "On Beyond Zebra" is the title of a Dr Seuss book about 20 additional letters which exist beyond "zebra" (i.e. Z) in the alphabet.

    Neither makes sense at all.

A zebra is an animal.  How can you be 'beyond' an animal?
