Why do i think im gonna die so much? Is there something wrong with me?

I’m literally terrified im gonna die everytime i feel even the slightest thing happen to my body, even if its just digesting food. I ask about something happening to ky body on this platform at least twice a week if not more, despite most of em beinf anonymous. I have a sh!tty maintenance of my diabetes right now and im scared thats gonna kill me, im scared to even walk outside because a few weeks ago i went for a long walk outside in the cold and ended up cozying in a cafe nero for 30 minutes because i couldnt breathe. ever since ive been making excuses not to come to my school club because thats where i was headed when the breathing thing happened. i dont even wanna leave my bed because im scared something will happen but even then im scared that ill get a blood clot or something if i do leave my bed! why does my sh!tty teenage brain hate me so much i wish i could just be a normal kid without paranoia, without ptsd, without depression, without anxiety, without diabetes, without pushing my friends away, without fear, without all of the crappy stuff wrong with me and my life.

Go to www.psychologytoday.org and click on Today, then on All, and you will find maybe 100 answers, and some on death, suicide, etc. You should find information also on self -confidence, expressing your fears, etc.

    Good Luck.

Yes, it’s a mental problem and you should start with some professional intervention.
