Does my car have an aftermarket single mass flywheel?

My car is a 2007 BMW 335i which came from the factory with a dual mass flywheel. My car makes a clunking noise when I turn off the engine that sounds exactly likethe noise a car that has an aftermarket single mass flywheel makes. But, it does not make the noise at idle like I would expect. I know it not's a lot of information to go on, but is there anything else it could likely be?

Update:

You know the noise that (aftermarket) solid flywheel cars make, that goes away when you push the clutch at idle? It sounds like that but only occurs when I turn the engine off.

A solid flywheel should make no noise at all.

Do not guess.  Open the hood and check where the clunking sound is coming from when you shut off the engine.  Use a listening device.
