Is there no spring between the right side hard wall and the soft wall in a 10-speed semi truck transmission?

I’m studying for my class 1 commercial vehicle license and noticed there’s a spring between the left side hard wall and the soft wall but don’t see a spring on the other side.

It's almost certainly a spring to counteract engine torque affecting the transmission and suspension. The power delivery has a tendency to 'wind up' the suspension in one direction. Especially with high torque diesel engines.
