Life is a miracle..I cant understand how dna can do so much?

Like how did dna decide to make us be born small and soft, then grow baby teeth and harden the bones.  i mean if evolution is random, then anything could have happened

    Evolution is not random and DNA makes no decisions.

    You have no idea what evolution is and what it is not.
