When Creole is used as a racial term, it usually meant to describe biracial identity

that is mostly mixed with the white race and somely mixed with black race. When

Mulatto is used to name mixed race makeup, it usually meant to describe biracial

identity that's somely mixed with the white race and somely mixed with black race,

and look somewhat more racially mixed with black race than some nonblack race.

Creoles are people who are French and African American who settled primarily in Louisan in the 1800's and followed the cultures of both groups.

Mulatto was a person of Black and European Ancestry that follow slave culture after the Civil War.

Same. Creoles just copied French culture to feel unique.
