No, it was an absurd choice to go there.

So commonly these individuals make decisions that end up influencing millions.

Another dual national anticipating Britain to dig her out of an opening in the nation she is likewise a citizen of.

Unfortunately for Ms Ratcliffe there's nothing we could do...

She's at the whim of Bearded fcuking loonies.

We are not going to start a war just to get her out.

No, it was a ridiculous decision to go there.

So often these people make decisions that end up impacting millions.

Another dual national expecting britain to dig her out of a hole in the country she is also a citizen of.

What do you propose, that we send the SAS to get her out? That's easier said than done. Gerald is correct. The British are holding Assange, why not send him home to Australia?

First of all Assange is innocent but he is being murdered by the British government for the USA  ,  for exposing USA war crimes now what were you saying ?

They could, but an intervention by force might leave other UK expats in the Middle East open to retaliation. Iran has allies all over the region.

They could try smuggling her out, but she has family there who may also be victims of retaliation if the Iranian government is seen to lose face by her disappearance
