TERM LIFE PAYOUT?

Have a METLIFE TERM POLICY ! On death certificate line C it says Meth use . Its beyond the 2 years clause will they still pay due the drug use 

Update:

meth was not in body at death 

Update 2:

there saying she had used drugs in the past which is what caused the her stroke
