Independent contractor uber eats quick tax question. ?
I'm going to buy all my gear for working like bike lock, helmet rain suit ect... All specifically for working on the e-bike off of amazon. How do I save receipts like this for expenses. what info should be on the receipt and how do I get/save that info from amazon?

You don't need receipts, you only need some documentation that you spent the money. This could be your credit card statement, in fact some tiny businesses like yours get a special credit card just for the business.
I was in a one-man business for a few years (a few years ago). I had one credit card I used for everything. The whole thing was I needed to be sure to use the credit card, not pay out of my wallet. At the end of the year I downloaded the entire year's bank records into a spreadsheet. I deleted everything that wasn't a business expense, which left a list of expenses that I could just total up. I did the same thing with income.
BTW if you use your phone in the business, you can deduct that. I needed e-mail also so I deducted my Internet service.
