I have a business related background and wish to practice law in that field, is Florida a good state to move to?

Once you graduate from law school and pass the bar exam in your state, you may practice any kind of law you want, other than certain specialties requiring an additional license (such as patent application prosecution).  If you prefer to live in some specific state, while practicing law, you would normally start by researching their licensing requirements for lawyers.

Location doesn't matter, you have to get INTO law school before this is a legitimate question.

2 weeks ago you couldn't understand tax deductions on your paycheck. Either that was a FLAT OUT LIE, or you couldn't score high enough to FLUNK the LSAT.

"Business" as in corporations? There is probably more incorporation in Delaware than anywhere else. Taxation? Permitting? I hope you know what you mean.

No, California and New York are the best. Hardest states to pass the bar exam too.
