Cabo Airbnb or all inclusive resort?

I’m planning a trip for about 10 people in July for Cabo. Not sure if Airbnb or an all inclusive resort is better. And if an all inclusive resort is better, which ones?

First, I don't understand people who  travel long distances to another country just to sequester themselves in inclusive resorts where they have no contact with the local culture and people. Why not just go to Florida? However, while I often reserve places through AirB&B, I have to say that the resort in Mexico offer so many amenities, it would be crazy not to stay at one. There are swim up bars, events, and people who will arrange side trips for you if you decide to leave the resort. Most of these towns in Mexico don't have a lot going on outside the resorts, so I don't know what you would do with your time if you were in an AirB&B

Not to be too redundant but I have to echo Artemisc - trying to plan meals around 10 people and who's going to clean up tends to add a bit of stress for a vacation unless everything is completely clear going in - of course that all depends on the people involved. I would definitely go with all-inclusive for a group that size or more if I want to be a bit more stress free. Either way you go, you should come up with a general plan like at the all-inclusive we will all meet for dinner at 6:30pm and breakfast/lunch are on your own, or whatever.

With that many people I'd go for all0inclusive.  Presumably, all 10 would be in the same place, and sorting out meals amenable to 10 people, dining times, etc, sounds like a lot of stress.  People can do things on their own schedules at an all-inclusive.

I don't know that particular place, so I can't recommend any one in particular.  However, I would start with Expedia, read those reviews, and then cross-reference with TripAdvisor and pick something that gets good reviews on both.
