Why isn't Israel developing its southern region? ?

The entire south part of Israel is almost completely empty. The entire population is cramped in the North, in particular Northwest and Northeast. I understand that the south is semi-desert, but so what? It can still be developed with infrastructure and housing. The climate is descent too, not too hot. They can also use forestry technology to plant trees there like China is doing with its Gobi desert. They have to much land they aren't using. It's not ideal, but it can be developed into a great region.

These jwrabs have always been livin offa our hard-earned, blood-sweat-and-tears cash.

They like grabbin the native lands too!

So, they cant do nothin rite now because of the pandemic we American folks have here and we dont let them grab that "yankee-dollar" and spend it on diamonds and gold.

So, it aint that "southern region" youre referring son!

It's there whole j-Araybeean wasteland in the middle of nowhere.

Probably because it's closer to Gaza and therefore more vulnerable to rocket attacks and other kinds of attacks.

Buy low and sell high. Hurry up before the opportunity disappears.
