Are you happy when you are particularly tired?

No more so than any other time.

Tired 😴 and happy at the same time seems very odd to me. I feel like a zombie or not mentally alive when I'm tired. Don't deprive your self of sleep, your body understands how important it is and billions on cells needs to repair on a daily basis during your 7-8 hr break.

I work 11 hr shifts for £8.70 per hr and I live far away which sucks because not enough time to sleep through after 8am . I have let myself know not to take early morning shifts anymore cos for some reason, I can't fall asleep before 1am usually. When the pandemic is over, I'll find another schedule or find another job in general. I studied IT in uni and some of them get to work from home. 

Yes when it is a productive day, i feel happy
